The excellent foaming properties of our milk demonstrates that it was carefully produced from 100% fresh milk that was brought up to a high temperature for a very short time, then concentrated and dried. The taste of the final product is like fresh pasteurised milk, but with the advantage of great keeping and is 99% Fat Free.

Advantages over Fresh Milk

Skimmed milk is made by splitting up fresh milk into fat and protein, removing the fat. The resulting concentrated milk is spray dried and simultaneously, converted into semi-instant powder enabling the Espresso Essential equipment to automatically create the perfect frothy milk consistency.
